Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal sarjana jurusan Teknik Industri.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bagian Industrial Engineering / Produksi perusahaan manufactur lebih disukai.
- Bersedia bekerja lembur atau kerja shift.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan sesuai kebutuhan.
Uraian Pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab :
- Meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. (line balancing / time study / skill matriks)
- menganalisa performance setiap line produksi
- Bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran proses produksi
- Bertanggung jawab mengawasi dan mengontrol kinerja level bawahan di produksi.
- Menerapkan prinsip lean manufacturing / 5S / kaizen di area produksi.
