Requirement:
• Background education minimum bachelor degree (S-1) all major
• Have experience min 2 years as Staff PPJK in logistics or freight forwarding company is priority
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Excellent Ms. Office, System Ceisya 4.0, and EDI Application System
• Strong understanding of Customs Systems (Bea Cukai), PEB&PIB processes, Export and Import Customs Processes, and relevant regulations.
• Having experience handle document export import
• Having a PPJK certificate is a MUST
• Having good communication and interpersonal skill
• Office: Sukomanunggal, Surabaya
Job Description:
• Draft and Submit PIB/PEB data to the system Ceisa 4.0
• Check the accuracy of import & export document such as B/L, invoice packing list, COO, insurance, HS Code, etc
• Prepare and manage import customs documentation, including PEB, PIB, SPPB, SPJM, SSM, and customs billing
• Input data and submit documents through relevant systems such as INSW, SSM, CEISA, and/or SLIM in accordance with regulatory requirements
• In-depth understanding and execution of both Export and Import Customs Processes.
• Monitor the status of customs clearance submissions and provide timely updates
• Sharing and update regulation about export/import & custom clearance
• Regularly update the team with relevant information and changes in customs regulations and shipping documentation
• Monitoring and coordinating operation custom team
• Communication with related parties such as BeaCukai, shipping company, etc.
