Yang Akan Anda Kerjakan

Menangani proses pengurusan PPJK dan kepabeanan.
Menyiapkan, memeriksa, dan memastikan kelengkapan dokumen import.
Menginput dan memproses dokumen kepabeanan sesuai ketentuan.
Melakukan monitoring proses customs clearance.
Berkoordinasi dengan Bea Cukai, customer, shipping line, dan pihak terkait.
Memastikan proses clearance berjalan tepat waktu.
Melakukan follow up terhadap dokumen dan proses yang masih outstanding.
Menyimpan dan mengarsipkan dokumen kepabeanan dengan baik.

Kualifikasi yang Kami Cari

Minimal D3/S1, diutamakan jurusan Logistik, Kepabeanan, Administrasi, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Staff PPJK/Customs Clearance menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami dasar kepabeanan, import, PIB, HS Code, dan customs clearance.
Teliti dalam memeriksa dokumen.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
Profesional, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki integritas.
Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan target.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
Menguasai Microsoft Office.
