Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and control material availability to support smooth production operations
- Ensure optimal inventory levels by analyzing demand forecasts, usage rates, and lead times
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material delivery
- Track and manage incoming and outgoing materials, minimizing shortages or overstocking
- Update and maintain ERP systems for accurate inventory tracking and reporting
- Work closely with the production and purchasing teams to resolve any material-related issues
- Analyze material consumption trends and propose improvement strategies for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Material Control/Inventory Management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
