Job Description:
- Execute pastry and bakery production in strict accordance with standardized recipes and SOPs.
- Ensure premium quality, flavor, and texture for all baked goods and pastries.
- Uphold rigorous sanitation standards for the work area and all kitchen equipment.
- Optimize operational workflow to ensure smooth and efficient daily production.
- Coordinate closely with the Head Baker/Pastry Chef to execute all directions and assignments
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: High School / Vocational School
- Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
- Able to work in a team and on shift schedules
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Fluent in English
