Job description for Staff Operasional Sales at Tribal Fitness
Job Descriptions
- Maintain relationship with members and guest to get their feedback and collect potential referral contact numbers.
- Generate sales through Company-sponsored (walk-ins and TI’s) and employee sponsored (outreach and promotions)
- Follows up on all prospects by using established Tribal Fitness sales systems.
- Must establish and maintain a minimum required referral program as defined by Tribal Fitness standards.
- Completing all sections of the MSE planner on a daily basis using Evolution Fitness standard.
- Complete all sections within the Master Club Register.
- Must be current on Club pricing and promotion schedule.
- Selling renewals/ upgrade to current gym members.
- Attending special events that may generate new members.
- Keep relationship and communication with existing members.
- Be responsible for individual daily/weekly/monthly sale targets.
- Conduct all other task as directed by Tribal Fitness Management
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma graduate.
- English is an advantage.
- Possess sales experience, health club experience a big plus.
