Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Operations: Maintain Core & Distribution network for maximum uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve L2/L3 network issues and NMS alerts end-to-end.
- Deployment: Configure hardware and provision enterprise connections.
- Monitoring: Track health of Local Loops, Datacenter interconnections, and BGP links.
- Documentation: Log daily operations and create root-cause incident reports.
Kualifikasi:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science.
- Core Experience (Priority): Minimum 2+ years of proven experience, strongly focused on configuring and troubleshooting Layer 2 & Layer 3 networking.
- Fundamentals: Deep understanding of OSI Layer and TCP/IP.
- Routing: Practical expertise with BGP and OSPF in production/ISP environments.
- Multi-Vendor: Hands-on experience mainly with MikroTik, Enterprise Switches, Ruijie, Omada, and other networking brands.
- Certifications: Professional credentials (e.g., MTCNA, MTCRE, CCNA, or equivalent/higher certifications) are highly prioritized.
- Soft Skills: Sharp analytical thinker, problem-solver, and team player, with excellent communication skills.
- Schedule: Committed to working in a fast-paced, 7x24 shift rotation.
- Familiar dengan basic firewall dan network monitoring.
