Job description for Staff Network Engineer & Technical Solution - Jakarta at PT Varnion Technology Semesta

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Support onsite jaringan & IT (LAN, WiFi, end user).
Melakukan troubleshooting gangguan jaringan dan perangkat.
Melakukan maintenance, monitoring, dan dokumentasi jaringan.
Melakukan konfigurasi ringan (IP address, VLAN dasar, SSID WiFi, reset/reconfig AP).
Berkoordinasi dengan tim NOC / IT internal.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau jurusan relevan.
Pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Network Support atau posisi serupa.
Memahami konsep jaringan: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, subnetting.
Mampu troubleshooting LAN/WiFi dan melakukan crimping kabel.
Bersedia lembur atau on-call jika diperlukan.

Nilai Tambah

Pengalaman menggunakan Cisco / Mikrotik / Ubiquiti.
Familiar dengan basic firewall dan network monitoring.
Memiliki sertifikasi CCNA / MTCNA.
