Position : Export admin
Qualification:
· Fresh Graduete or Experience
· Bachelor’s degree/S1 in Major from reputable university. Bachelor’s degree in Interational Trade is a plus.
· Staff 2 (fresh graduates) or Staff 3 (experiences) Requirements
· Bachelor's degree/S1 in any major from reputable university. Bachelor's degree in International Trade is a plus.
· Experiences in export admin/ documentations and operations (Vegetable Oils Products). Fresh graduates are welcomed
· Fuent in verbal and written English
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Attention to details
· Proficient with basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Physical requirements:
· Must be able to sit and working on a computer for prolonged periods
Jobs Description:
· Oversees export trade operations and documentations in compliance with contracts and regulations
Responsibilities:
· Prepares or oversees preparation of shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credits, and any other related shipping documents
· Communicate and liaise among buyers, shippers, brokers, agents, surveyors and other related parties
· Perform other related duties as assigned
