JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Male
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin (Chinese).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English is an advantage.
- Have experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably).
- Able to develop and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and approach potential customers and business partners.
- Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends.
- Prepare marketing reports and sales activity reports.
- Assist with business meetings and translate communications between Mandarin and Indonesian when necessary.
- Support business development and other marketing activities.
