Job description for STAFF MANDARIN at PT. Lida Karya Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the supervisor in completing daily operational tasks.
2. Monitor project progress.
3. Follow up on customer billing and payment collection processes.
4. Regularly update project reports and data.
5. Translate documents between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English as needed.
6. Respond to customer messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
7. Coordinate and communicate with local suppliers.
8. Assist with project-related coordination and administration, as well as marketing activities.
Qualifications:
1. MUST FLUENT IN MANDARIN (speaking, reading, and writing).
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
3. Familiar with Jakarta and the surrounding areas.
4. Good attitude and no bad habits.
5. Previous experience in the construction or project industry is a plus.
