Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang terkait
Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Staff/Technician Maintenance, diutamakan dari perusahaan manufaktur
Memahami perawatan dan perbaikan mesin produksi serta peralatan kerja
Memahami dasar mekanik, elektrik, dan troubleshooting mesin
Mampu melakukan preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance
Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan menggunakan alat ukur
Mampu melakukan analisa dan penanganan kerusakan mesin
Bertanggung jawab, disiplin, teliti, dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim
Bersedia bekerja di area produksi dan mengikuti kebutuhan operasional perusahaan
Penempatan: Jepara, Jawa Tengah
