Job description for Staff Logistik at Apique Creative Studio

- Pendidikan Minimal SMA

- Pengalaman Minimal 1 tahun dibidang logistik

- Pengalaman di bidang kontraktor interior/Perabot menjadi nilai tambah

- Memiliki Pengetahuan Material Furniture lebih diutamakan

- Memahami Management Logistik

- Mahir menggunakan MS Office

- Jujur, Teliti, Cekatan, Disiplin

- Bertanggung jawab dan memiliki problem solving yang baik

- Memiliki Sim C

Uraian Pekerjaan :

- Mengelola penerimaan, penyimpanan dan pengeluaran material untuk kebutuhan project interior

- Memeriksa jumlah, jenis dan kondisi barang sesuai PO/surat jalan

- Mengatur dan menjaga kerapihan serta keamanan gudang

- Menyiapkan barang fisik dan mengatur pengiriman material ke lokasi project

- Melakukan Stock opname dan memastikan data stock selalu akurat

- Berkoordinasi dengan Purchasing, Divisi Project dan vendor terkait kebutuhan material

- Mendokumentasikan barang masuk, keluar dan pengiriman serta melaporkan apabila terdapat selisih dan kerusakan
