Job description for Staff Legal at Balimmo Villa Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and handling cooperation agreements.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of land lease deeds, notarial deeds related to land matters, and the validation of land documents.
- Preparing and reviewing business contracts and legal agreements.
- Managing company deeds, corporate legal documents, and statutory records.
- Responsible for submitting and managing licensing applications related to the Property and Real Estate sector.
- Handling the establishment, amendment, and ongoing legal administration of PT PMA (Foreign Investment Company).
- Managing PT PMA corporate documents, including company deeds, Articles of Association, shareholder documents, and other corporate legal matters.
- Handling and coordinating OSS, NIB, business licenses, and other relevant permits required for PT PMA operations.
- Handling foreign investment-related legal and administrative requirements in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Handling KITAS, Visa, IMTA, and RPTKA processes for foreign employees.
- Coordinating with notaries, government institutions, immigration, and other relevant authorities regarding corporate and licensing matters.
- Managing legal matters related to Land, Property, Real Estate, and Foreign Investment.
- Ensuring the company’s legal documents, licenses, and permits remain valid and compliant with applicable regulations.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in LAW IS A MUST (Only candidates with a law degree will be considered).
- Registered member of an Official Advocate Organization in Indonesia and holder of a valid membership card is preferred.
- Proficient in English (writing, listening, and speaking) IS A MUST. (Proficiency in French is an advantage.)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, PT PMA regulations, and foreign investment requirements IS A MUST.
- Understanding of licensing related to Agrarian Affairs, Property, Real Estate, and OSS and applicable regulations IS A MUST.
- Strong understanding of PT PMA establishment, amendments, corporate administration, and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of KITAS, Visa, IMTA, and RPTKA processes is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years or more of experience as a Legal Staff/Officer in a local or foreign company.
- Candidates with experience in the Property, Real Estate, Construction, or Foreign Investment industry are preferred.
- Experience handling PT PMA and foreign investment-related matters is highly preferred.
- Able to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and business contracts accurately.
- Highly organized in managing legal documents, corporate records, licenses, and legal administration.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
