- Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
- Have experience 1-3 years of experience in corporate legal, law firms, or related fields (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions).
- Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and labor law.
- Experience in preparing, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
