Job description for Staff Laundry Balikpapan at Apique Resikindo Prima

TANGGUNG JAWAB :

Menyambut dan membantu customer saat mencuci sendiri.
Menjelaskan penggunaan mesin dan alur self service.
Menjaga kebersihan area dan memastikan mesin berfungsi baik.
Melakukan pengecekan dan refill chemical (detergen, pengharum).
Menangani kendala ringan & melaporkan gangguan teknis.
Membuat laporan harian pemakaian mesin & kebutuhan stok.
Shift malam: menjaga outlet tetap operasional & aman.

KUALIFIKASI :

Ramah, teliti, dan komunikatif.
Siap kerja shift panjang (12 jam, rolling).
Mampu bekerja mandiri dan bertanggung jawab.
Diutamakan yang terbiasa dengan pekerjaan teknis ringan & kebersihan.
Tidak keberatan bekerja malam hari (untuk shift malam).
