HIRING FOR WASHED LAUNDRY CANGGU

Tanggung Jawab

- Menerima pesanan laundry serta menjelaskan layanan, harga, dan estimasi waktu selesai kepada Customer

- Mengecek pakaian untuk noda, kerusakan, atau instruksi perawatan khusus

- Memasukkan data pesanan ke sistem dengan akurat dan memberi label dengan benar

- Bertanggung jawab melayani pelanggan, menangani keluhan, menawarkan layanan tambahan

- Melakukan penutupan kas harian dan laporan pembayaran sederhana

Kualifikasi

- Pengalaman di customer service atau front desk menjadi nilai tambah

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan sopan

- Bertanggung jawab, jujur, dan tepat waktu

- Bersedia bekerja shift, di akhir pekan, dan di bawah tekanan

- Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris dasar menjadi nilai tambah
