Job description for Staff Laundry and Customer Service at PT Rakia Studio Bali
WASHED LAUNDRY is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented team member to handle both production operations and customer service. This hybrid role is essential to ensure high-quality laundry processing and an excellent customer experience. You will support daily production workflow while also managing walk-in customers and online inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Sort laundry items properly (colors, fabric types, special care items)
- Operate washing machines and dryers correctly
- Measure detergent and chemicals according to company standards
- Check stains and apply pre-treatment when necessary
- Fold, pack, and label orders neatly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of production area and equipment
- Follow hygiene, safety, and SOP procedures
- Receive and explain services, pricing, and turnaround times
- Reply to WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries
- Communicate customer requests clearly to production team
- Handle complaints calmly and professionally
- Perform daily cashier closing and reporting
Qualification:
- Experience in laundry, housekeeping, retail, or hospitality is an advantage (training provided)
- Friendly personality and customer-first attitude
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic to intermediate English (important)
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, honest, punctual, disciplined
- Able to work shifts and weekends
- Willing to follow SOP strictly
