Job description for Staff K3 (HSE) at PT Unicorn Tosan Perkasa

Uraian Pekerjaan :

Memberikan penyuluhan program kerja K3 proyek melalui program Safety Induction, Safety Morning dan Tool Box Meeting kepada seluruh karyawan dan pekerja harian.
Mengawasi dan memastikan kepatuhan staff dan pekerja harian terhadap aturan K3.
Mengidentifikasi dan memetakan potensi bahaya, bentuk bahaya yang mungkin terjadi dalam kegiatan project; meliputi tingkatan risiko vs impact vs peluang.
Membuat tindakan usaha preventif dan usaha korektif.
Membuat dokumentasi upaya dalam menghindari bahaya dan menanggulanginya.
Mengevaluasi insiden kecelakaan yang terjadi di Site Project untuk mengetahui akar permasalahan, termasuk tindakan preventif dan korektif yang diambil.
Menginventarisasi perlengkapan K3 di proyek.
Mengidentifikasi, menginventarisasi dan membuat laporan tertulis tentang semua potensi kejadian kebakaran, kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kondisi kerja.
Memantau kelayakan alat/ kendaraan berat dalam kaitannya dengan keselamatan kerja

Kualifikasi :
Usia maksimal 28 tahun.
Pendidikan minimal setara S1 Teknik (Lingkungan/Kesehatan/Safety)
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai K3/HSE di konstruksi khususnya Mekanikal & Elektrikal.
Memiliki sertifikasi AK3U Disnaker.
Memiliki pengetahuan tentang OHSAS, ISO 9001, ISO 140001.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Area Proyek se-Indonesia.
Bersedia bergabung secepatnya.
