Job description for Staff IT R&D (Research & Development) Engineer at PT. Inovasi Mitra Sejati

We are looking for an R&D (Research & Development) professional to explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies that support business growth. This role will be responsible for building prototypes, improving existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in R&D or Software Development (fresh graduates are welcome for junior roles)

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Familiarity with research methodologies, prototyping, and product development

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an agile environment

High curiosity and eagerness to stay updated with the latest technology trends
