Job description for Staff Inventory Parts (Maintenance) at PT Muara Juara Kreasi Indonesia
Responsibilities :
- Manage the overall spare parts and ensuring timely availability and delivery of spare parts.
- Oversee spare parts and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Maintain accurate spare parts inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation and physical inventory checks.
- Monitor and investigate spare parts and asset losses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare regular spare parts inventory, consumption, and parts failure reports.
- Track spare parts consumption and analyze parts failure trends to support inventory planning and operational improvement.
- Prepare regular reports including inventory accurary, utilization, loss control, and provide operational updates directly to Spv.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in spare parts, warehouse, and inventory is preferred.
- Proven experience in multi-site spare parts management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control parts, stock reconciliation, and asset management.
- Experience in spare parts consumption tracking, stock opname, and inventory reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple spare parts, and respond to urgent spare parts requirements.
