Job Description
- Handle daily import activities and monitor shipment progress.
- Prepare and manage import documents (PIB, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor import schedules, delivery timelines, and related costs.
- Support customs clearance and resolve documentation or shipment issues.
- Prepare import reports and maintain proper records.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in import or logistics operations.
- Good understanding of import procedures and customs documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Familiar with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
