Mempunyai sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum, dan Fire, First Aid nilai tambah
Bersedia dinas keliling lokasi kerja dan mempunyai kendaraan sendiri
Menguasai kerja laporan dengan komputer dan online internet
Komunikatif, inisiatif tinggi, cekatan, tanggung jawab dan telitii.
Dapat melakukan inspeksi, briefing dan training K3L
Menguasai sarana prasarana dan aspek standar K3L (menyusun Hiradc, JSA, Work Permit, LOTO, APAR, Hydrant dan Emergency Drill)

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

1. Melakukan inspeksi dan observasi K3L ke site Gresik, Sidoarjo, Malang, Banyuwangi dan Bali secara rutin

2. Melakukan tool box meeting secara rutin, training/drill, briefing dan induction karyawan baru serta visitor/kontraktor ke site Gresik, Sidoarjo, Malang, Banyuwangi dan Bali.

3. Melakukan pemanasan mesin hydrant, pemeriksaan APAR dan fasilitas tanggap darurat (kolam air dan mesin hydrant, grounding, gas detector dll) secara rutin ke site Gresik, Sidoarjo, Malang, Banyuwangi dan Bali.

4. Melakukan kontrol pembuangan limbah B3 di TPS all site Gresik, Sidoarjo, Malang, Banyuwangi dan Bali.

5. Kontrol dan mereview HIRADC, JSA, Work Permit di all site Gresik, Sidoarjo, Malang, Banyuwangi dan Bali.

6. Berkoordinasi dengan Kepala SPBE, Gudang terkait implementasi K3L all site dan melaporkan ke kantor pusat

7. Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal (GA-Legal) & eskternal terkait pengawasan dan pemenuhan legal compliance K3L
