Job description for Staff HSE at PT EMAS MURNI ABADI

DIBUTUHKAN SEGERA - HSE OFFICER

Tanggung Jawab :

- Mengawasi implementasi standar dan prosedur K3LH di area kerja harian.

- Memeriksa ketersediaan dan kepatuhan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD).

- Melakukan inspeksi K3 rutin (Safety Patrol) dan audit internal berkala.

- Membuat laporan berkala kinerja K3 (insiden, near-miss, unsafe action/condition), beserta laporan kegiatan K3 seperti rapat P2K3

- Memfasilitasi pelatihan K3 untuk seluruh karyawan dan tenaga kerja kontrak.
- Melakukan Audit internal dan eksternal terkait implementasi ISO 14001 dan ISO 45001

Kualifikasi :

- Minimal D3 / S1 jurusan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Teknik Lingkungan, Kesehatan Masyarakat, atau Teknik (Sipil/Mesin/Kimia/Elektro).

- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun untuk posisi yang sama/terkait

- Wajib memiliki sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) yang masih aktif dari Kemenaker RI atau sertifikasi kompetensi K3 dari BNSP.

- Memiliki sertifikasi penunjang seperti ISO 45001 (K3), ISO 14001 (Lingkungan)

- Melakukan penyusunan laporan ke dinas terkait

- Memahami pengelolaan limbah B3 dan pelaporan dokumen lingkungan (UKL-UPL).

- Mampu memimpin Safety Talk / Safety Morning dan menyampaikan induksi K3 (Safety Induction) kepada pekerja/subkontraktor.

- Menguasai penyusunan dokumen K3 : JSA (Job Safety Analysis), HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control), Work Permit (Izin Kerja), dan SOP K3.

- Lokasi kerja di Kopo Cirangrang (Bandung)

PT Emas Murni Abadi (EMA) is a subsidiary 99% owned by PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA), which is engaged in processing and refining (refinery) Gold Bar. EMA was established on October 20, 2022, targeted to have a refinery capacity of 10 tons in 2023 and will be increased to 30 tons per year in the future.

On January 25, 2023, a Refinery Cooperation Agreement was signed between HRTA and EMA. HRTA in this case as the product owner of the results of processing and refining activities of Gold Bars. One of the cooperation products that was successfully produced was a kilobar gold bar with the brand EMASKU. EMASKU products have a purity level of 99.99% offered to the market starting from the smallest gramasi 125 gr, then large gramasi 250 grams, 500 grams to 1 kg.
