• S1 Hukum / Psikologi / Manajemen SDM

• Pengalaman min 1 tahun di HRD Pabrik

• Paham UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, PPh 21, menjalankan rekrutmen

• Mahir Ms. Office (Excell dan Ms Words)

• Terbiasa menangani karyawan >100 orang

• Komunikatif & tegas
