Job description for Staff HC Generalist at PT Indo Seafood

Dibutuhkan 2 orang
Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, Hukum, atau linier
Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang HR
Memahami proses end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, seleksi, interview, offering, hingga onboarding)
Memiliki pemahaman dasar terkait administrasi HR (kontrak kerja, data karyawan, absensi, dll)
Memahami dasar hubungan industrial dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku
Terbiasa mengelola database karyawan dan dokumen HR dengan rapi
Mampu menggunakan job portal dan media sosial untuk kebutuhan rekrutmen
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, interpersonal, dan problem solving yang baik
Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama Excel untuk reporting HR)
Memiliki sertifikasi BNSP lebih disukai
