The primary responsibility of the Staff General Affairs at PT SUNMOTOR JAKARTA will involve overseeing various operational aspects of the company. Key duties include managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with local regulations, handling building maintenance and management, budgeting, and implementing civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the overall functioning of the office and ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as GA Staff or Building Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance (civil, electrical, plumbing).
- Able to prepare cost estimates/budgets (RAB).
- Able to analyze building damage and determine corrective actions.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and communicative.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
- Hold a valid SIM A & SIM C.
- Placement: HO Matraman, East Jakarta.
