Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in gelato production
- Preferably with a background in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
- Strong team management, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene, and excellent customer service
