Job Description:
- Delivering the best service to customers through a friendly, responsive, and polite attitude in addressing their needs.
- Ensuring that orders are recorded accurately, communicated clearly to the kitchen team, and served correctly and on time.
- Keeping tables, chairs, and work areas clean to create a comfortable environment for customers.
- Managing the payment process accurately and quickly, in accordance with the restaurant’s established procedures.
- Ensuring all services meet the restaurant's standards, including presentation techniques and customer interaction protocols.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum education: High School / Vocational School
- Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
- Able to work in a team and on shift schedules
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Fluent in English
