Job description for Staff Finance at PT Master Cipta Sentosa
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions
- Prepare and compile monthly financial reports
- Manage and monitor cash flow
- Handle payment and billing processes
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist in internal and external audit processes
- Carry out other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or others)
- Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
