Job Descriptions:

Mengelola APBP (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Perusahaan) bulanan perusahaan
Melakukan analisis mingguan dan bulanan terkait selisih antara budget vs realisasi
Membantu COO dalam memperbarui proyeksi arus kas
Menyiapkan rekapitulasi nota dan faktur pajak untuk kebutuhan pelaporan bulanan
Melakukan tracking piutang customer secara berkala untuk memastikan arus kas
Melakukan pembukuan laporan keuangan perusahaan

Qualifications:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan / Manajemen Keuangan
Paham mendalam mengenai Financial Reporting & Budgeting
Familiar atau bersedia belajar tools otomasi dan penggunaan AI untuk ekstrak dan analisa data
Wajib menguasai rumus kompleks (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Multi-level)
Memahami dasar-dasar perpajakan (PPN, PPh 21, 23)
Mampu melihat pola data (misal: tren kenaikan biaya logistik) dan memberikan rekomendasi
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, terutama saat periode closing
