Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Mengecek dan memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen invoice untuk keperluan tukar faktur
- Memproses tukar faktur sistem B2B
- Membuat schedule rencana tukar faktur kolektor
- Memfollow up tagihan (AR) yang telah jatuh tempo
- Mengontrol customer Term of Payment (TOP) dan batas kredit
- Mengontrol return customer
- Melakukan rekonsilasi pembayaran masuk
- Melakukan pengecekan potongan (Rafaksi) yang berjalan
Kualifikasi :
- Wanita, Pendidikan min. D3 Manajemen/Akuntansi
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Account Receivable di perusahaan manufaktur/FMCG lebih disukai
- Memahami prinsip akuntansi, entri jurnal, dan skema promosi.
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang peraturan perpajakan khususnya PPH 23.
- Terbiasa menggunankan Microsoft Office dan sistem Accurate
- Memiliki kemampuan menganalisis data dan membuat keputusan yang tepat.
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk bernegosiasi secara efektif dengan pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal.
- Penempatan di Kab. Sleman, Yogyakarta
