Job Description:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, journals, and supporting documents.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice processing, payment monitoring, and collection follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor company expenses, budgets, and financial activities.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with tax administration and preparation of tax-related documents.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and accounting matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Familiar with financial statements, journal entries, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Have a good understanding of bank reconciliation and basic taxation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
