Job description for Staff Finance Accounting at PT. SUMBER INOVASI LESTARINDO

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan atau bidang terkait

• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Finance & Accounting

• Wajib menguasai Accurate / ERP Accounting untuk transaksi, rekonsiliasi, dan reporting

• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait proses accounting dan financial reporting

• Menguasai Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Table)

• Berintegritas, teliti, bertanggung jawab, proaktif, disiplin dan sigap

• Memahami dengan baik pajak dasar (PPN & PPh) nilai tambah

• Bersedia ditempatkan di Poris Plawad, Kota Tangerang

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Mengelola transaksi keuangan harian (AR/AP, kas, dan bank) menggunakan Accurate

• Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank dan kas secara berkala serta memastikan akurasi saldo

• Mengontrol proses pembayaran vendor dan reimbursement karyawan secara tepat waktu

• Mengelola invoice masuk dan keluar, termasuk monitoring aging dan follow-up pembayaran

• Menyiapkan jurnal dan supporting data untuk proses monthly closing

• Membantu penyusunan laporan keuangan dan memastikan kelengkapan dokumen accounting

• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP finance, accounting

• Memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan proses untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional finance & accounting
