Job description for Staff FAT (MANDARIN SPEAKER) at PT ShundaFlavor Nusantara
Job Desk:
Finance（财务）
- Handle daily cash and bank transactions（现金与银行收支）
- Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedules（付款申请与付款计划）
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable（应付/应收账款跟进）
- Reconcile bank statements（银行对账）
Accounting（会计）
- Record journal entries in accounting system（记账）
- Prepare monthly financial reports（编制财务报表）
- Maintain general ledger and supporting documents（总账及凭证管理）
- Assist in closing process（协助月结/年结）
Tax（税务）
- Prepare and report monthly taxes（编制并申报税务）
- PPh 21, 23, 4 (2), Ppn, SPT Badan)
- Ensure tax compliance with Indonesian regulations（确保合规）
- Assist in tax audit if needed（协助税务稽查）
Administration（行政支持）
- Organize and archive financial documents（文件归档）
- Coordinate with external parties（银行 / 税务顾问 / 审计）
- Support internal reporting and data preparation（内部报表支持）
Requirements:
- Female ( 女性 )
- Mandarin is a must (HSK Level 4 or HSK Level 5 profeciency in Mandarin)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in or above more than 3 years of experience in the field of accounting
- Good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations
- Experienced in preparing financial statements, tax reports, and monthly/yearly closing processes
- Brevet Certificate A & B
