Job Description

Menyusun, memeriksa, dan memproses seluruh dokumen ekspor-impor seperti Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Airway Bill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (SKA), dan PEB/PIB.
Mengurus perizinan khusus ekspor-impor jika diperlukan (misal: Lapor Surveyor, Bea Cukai, Karantina, atau Kementerian terkait).
Berkoordinasi dengan pihak Forwarder, Shipping Line, Customs Broker (PPJK), dan Warehousing terkait jadwal pengiriman, booking space, dan pengeluaran barang (customs clearance).
Memantau dan melacak (tracking) status pengiriman dari titik asal hingga tiba di tujuan (door-to-door atau port-to-port).
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur kepabeanan dan regulasi Bea Cukai yang berlaku.
Mengelola dan memeriksa estimasi biaya pengiriman, pajak impor (PDTT), kewajiban pabean, serta tagihan dari forwarder.
Melakukan verifikasi dan filing dokumen transaksi ekspor-impor secara tertata.
Menyusun laporan harian/bulanan mengenai aktivitas ekspor-impor, estimasi waktu kedatangan (ETA/ETD), dan realisasi biaya logistik kepada manajemen.

📌 Job Requirements

Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 (diutamakan Manajemen Logistik, Perdagangan Internasional, Administrasi Niaga, atau bidang terkait).
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun di posisi Staff EXIM / Logistik Internasional / Operasional PPJK.
Memahami alur dan prosedur Customs Clearance (Bea Cukai) serta sistem INSW (Indonesia National Single Window).
Memahami istilah perdagangan internasional (Incoterms 2020 seperti FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, dll.) dan metode pembayaran internasional (L/C, T/T).
Terbiasa membuat dan memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen shipping (B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, SKA/COO, PEB/PIB).
Menguasai bahasa Inggris (minimal pasif, diutamakan aktif untuk korespondensi dengan pihak asing/pelayaran).
