Job description for Staff Ekspedisi (Transportasi) at Pt Sarwa Manggalla Raya

Uraian Pekerjaan :

Melakukan perencanaan rute pengiriman sesuai jumlah titik dan ketersediaan fleet dan penggunaan jasa pihak ke 3 secara optimal dengan meperhatikan waktu, jarak tempuh dan biaya.
Melakukan perencanaan pemeliharaan kendaraan, rutin, non rutin, KIR dan pengurusan dokumen pelengkap, penyediaan alat standar trouble shooting.
POAC-PDCA di area/proses pengiriman (loading barang, penyiapan dokumen, transit, serah terima barang dokumen kembali, cash) sesuai standar CDOB/CDAKB/SOP/WI/KPI.
Melakukan perbaikan berkesinambungan terhadap semua hal/proses pengiriman sampai dengan pengembalian dokumen / cash.
Melakukan POAC/PDCA dalam memastikan biaya pengiriman (OPEX) terkendali dengan baik sesuai target (budget).
Melakukan review dan evaluasi atas vendor/supplier (sebagai user) terkait dengan transportasi.
Melakukan kegiatan K3/HSE secara rutin. Keselamatan pengendara, pemeliharaan kendaraan.

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bagian logistik/ekspedisi/transportasi (diutamakan di PBF).
Memahami TMS.
Terbiasa mengelola kendaraan (mobil, motor, dan truck).
Memiliki sim A dan sim B.
Terbiasa untuk me-manage tim driver (outsource atau insource).
Mampu mengoperasikan MS. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Cekatan, teliti, dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Gedangan - Sidoarjo.
