Job Description
- Manage and update content on the hotel's website and online travel agent (OTA) platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.
- Optimize online sales strategies to increase hotel visibility across digital platforms.
- Analyze online booking data and market trends to improve performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing and reservation teams to create special promotions and packages.
- Manage the hotel's social media accounts to support brand awareness and engagement.
- Provide monthly e-commerce performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or hospitality is preferred
- Familiar with OTA dashboards, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
- Able to create simple content (captions, photos/videos) for social media.
- Communicative, creative, and strong in data analysis.
- Team player and goal-oriented.
