Kualifikasi:

Gelar sarjana dalam bidang Pemasaran, Manajemen Bisnis, Digital marketing atau bidang terkait
Minimal 1-3 tahun pengalaman dalam posisi e-commerce atau pemasaran digital
Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel terutama Pivot Table
Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang marketplace
Kemampuan analitis yang kuat untuk mengukur dan mengoptimalkan kinerja toko online
Terbiasa bekerja dalam tim serta mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan pemangku kepentingan
Teliti dan detail , serta terbiasa membuat report

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Mengelola dan meningkatkan performa toko online di marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, dsb).
Menyusun strategi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan traffic dan konversi penjualan.
Mengelola katalog produk, optimasi deskripsi dan harga
Menganalisi data penjualan dan menyusun strategi berdasarkan tren pasar
berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional terkait pengelolaan stok dan pengiriman
Menjalankan kampanye iklan di marketplace untuk meningkatkan penjualan
