Job description for Staff Data Analyst Surabaya at Morula IVF Indonesia (PT. Morula Indonesia)
Requirement :
- Prepare reports and data requested by the director/general manager/manager/medical compliance division.
- Generate monthly reports
- Create annual reports (clinic and clinician performance, sponsorships).
- Ensure all reported data is cross-checked with branch data input.
- Confirm report findings with the director/general manager/manager/medical compliance division.
- Generate data request reports for data not available on the dashboard, requiring query analysis coordinated with IT as the data provider.
Qualification :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, or Information Systems with familiarity in data collection, processing, and presentation.
- Min 1 year of experience in the field of data and statistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SPSS (or similar data processing tools), and Adobe Reader.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of maintaining tidy and routine documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
