Job description for Staff Customer Service Jakarta at PT Crieta
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:
- Menerima order dari pelanggan yang datang melalui telepon, email, atau aplikasi chatting
- Memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan mengenai jadwal dan status pengiriman dalam bentuk telepon dan laporan berkala
- Memantau status pengiriman barang dan melengkapi status tersebut ke dalam sistem
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kelancaran dan kerapian administrasi termasuk menyelesaikan masalah yang bisa mengganggu kelancaran operasional
- Bekerja sama dengan anggota tim operasional lapangan untuk menjamin kelancaran pengiriman barang mulai dari pemesanan/ order sampai dengan pengumpulan surat-surat]
- Membuat dan bertanggung jawab terhadap laporan pengiriman harian dan rekap bulanan dalam bentuk spreadsheet (excel)- Apabila formatnya khusus dari customer
Spesifikasi:
- Laki-laki
- Usia maks 27 tahun
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang administrasi dan customer service, di bidang logistik merupakan nilai lebih
- Jujur, sangat teliti dan terbiasa multitasking
- Proaktif dalam menyelesaikan setiap masalah pekerjaan yang muncul
- Lancar dalam mengoperasikan komputer dan pembuatan laporan (excel) dan email
- Lancar dalam berkomunikasi melalui telepon, email maupun bertatap muka (apabila diperlukan)
- Siap belajar, kerja keras dan punya kemauan untuk berkembang
- 6 hari kerja (Senin-Sabtu) dalam seminggu
- Semua proses rekrutmen ini dilaksanakan secara offline
- Penempatan di Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
