WE ARE HIRING – COLD KITCHEN STAFF (POKE)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble poke bowls, salads, and other cold kitchen dishes according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure the freshness, quality, and presentation of all ingredients and dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Properly store, label, and manage ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Assist with daily kitchen preparation, stock control, and inventory checks.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in cold kitchen or poke preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and eager to learn.
- Available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
