Saat ini, PT. Bumi Land sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan posisi "Staff Asset Property dan Pertanahan" untuk penempatan di Surabaya.
Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
- Usia 25-35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3
- Berpengalaman minimal 6 bulan
- Menguasai microsoft office
- Diutamakan mampu menggunakan autocad pemetaan lahan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan lobbying
Tanggung Jawab:
- Mengelola pendataan dokumen arsip dengan tepat mutu
- Memastikan asset secara fisik dan legalitas dalam posisi produktif
- Menjaga hubungan dengan stakeholder terkait (penjual, perangkat, dan desa)
- Memastikan keseluruhan asset dalam keadaan produktif tersewa
- Dikuasainya sistem pengelolaan asset Perusahaan nasional di Indonesia
