PERSYARATAN
- S1/Diploma 3 Akuntansi.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun.
- Menguasai Ms. Office.
- Keterampilan analitis yang baik dan detail-oriented.
- Memahami laporan keuangan.
- Mempunyai pengetahuan perpajakan merupakan nilai lebih.
- Bertanggung jawab, jujur, dan komunikatif.
- Dapat bekerja individu & tim.
- Bisa berbahasa Inggris lebih disukai.
TANGGUNG JAWAB
- Pembuatan, pemeriksaan, dan pengarsipan dokumen penjualan termasuk invoice.
- Pengiriman invoice beserta dokumen pendukung ke pelanggan melalui email dan surat.
- Melakukan arsip dokumen.
- Menyelesaikan tugas-tugas lain yang berhubungan dengan administrasi invoice.
- Bertanggung jawab atas Petty Cash.
- Bertanggung jawab atas pembayaran tunai, input payment bank.
- Membantu Senior Accounting dalam memeriksa kembali Purchase Order dari pabrik.
- Jurnal harian semua transaksi masuk dan keluar.
- Membantu Senior Accounting dalam memeriksa dan membuat daftar produk yang akan dijual.
