Administrative & Operations Support
- Process and manage daily orders from all sales channels.
- Perform sales data entry, reconciliation, and basic reporting.
- Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, expenses, and operational documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors when required.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WA, DM, and marketplace platforms in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.
- Upload and update products, pricing, and promotions on GrabFood, GoFood, and other platforms.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Experience in F&B business is a plus
- Basic Canva skills for simple posters or announcements is a plus
