As a Staff Admin E‑Commerce, you will support the company’s online sales operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage customer orders, update records, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory information across platforms.
- Assist in responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, performance, and administrative activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to support e‑commerce operations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any major, preferably Business/Management/Communication)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop, etc.) is an advantage
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good command of English will be highly beneficial in carrying out responsibilities
