Kualifikasi

Minimal lulusan Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) di bidang Akuntansi, Keuangan, Manajemen, atau Administrasi Bisnis
Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang Akuntansi, Penagihan, atau posisi Staff AR dan Staff Finance lainnya.
Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel
Familiar atau berpengalaman menggunakan software akuntansi atau sistem keuangan internal lainnya,
Memahami dokumen transaksi seperti faktur (invoice), delivery order, mampu komunikasi yang baik untuk melakukan follow-up (penagihan) pembayaran kepada pelanggan dan Jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki integritas yang tinggi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Penerbitan dan Pengelolaan Invoice, Pencatatan Transaksi, Pemantauan Umur Piutang, Penagihan dan Follow-up. Mencocokkan data uang yang masuk ke rekening koran perusahaan dengan catatan tagihan pelanggan untuk memastikan tidak ada selisih dan Menyelesaikan kendala atau keluhan pelanggan
