WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTING STAFF
We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Staff.
Job Description:
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash reports
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes
- Prepare basic financial reports
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and tax documents
- Coordinate with related departments regarding financial administration needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under datelines
- Familiar with accounting software (Accurate)
- Basic knowledge of taxation is a plus
