Job description for Staff Account Receivable - Jakarta at PT Varnion Technology Semesta

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Menyiapkan dan menerbitkan Invoice sesuai data yang diberikan (SA, PO, NPWP, upgrade/downgrade, renewal, dll).
Menerbitkan dan mencetak Faktur Pajak sesuai ketentuan perpajakan yang berlaku.
Melakukan penomoran Invoice dan Faktur Pajak secara akurat.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk proses pengecekan dan approval dokumen.
Mengirimkan Invoice & Faktur Pajak kepada klien secara tepat waktu serta memastikan tidak ada kesalahan perhitungan maupun penulisan.
Melakukan pengecekan rekapan (profit sharing) serta scan dan pengarsipan dokumen secara rapi.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau jurusan terkait.
Pengalaman 1-2 tahun di posisi AR.
Memahami proses Account Receivable dan dasar perpajakan (Faktur Pajak).
Teliti, detail-oriented, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
Komunikatif dan mampu melakukan follow up pembayaran dengan baik.
