Job description for Staff Account Receivable (AR) at PT Baria Bulk Terminal

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Melakukan pencatatan transaksi keuangan perusahaan secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
Menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan, triwulanan, dan tahunan.
Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank dan verifikasi dokumen keuangan.
Mengelola administrasi perpajakan (PPN, PPh) sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Membantu audit internal maupun eksternal.
Mencatat semua data piutang customer
Melakukan penagihan ke cutomer by phone
Menyiapkan invoice yang akan ditagihkan oleh kolektor

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan.
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Accounting.
Memahami peraturan perpajakan di Indonesia.
Teliti, jujur, mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun individu.
